German HCB Announcement

Orica today acknowledged the announcement by two German States on Friday that they had rejected the Australian Government’s statement that there is no capacity to treat Orica’s Hexachlorobenzene (HCB) stockpile in Australia.

Orica is awaiting the formal decisions.  When received, Orica will review these decisions and consider all its options.
