Orica Limited announced today the resignation of Gordon Davis, General Manager – Australia/Asia, Orica Mining Services, and a member of Orica’s Group Executive.  Mr Davis has accepted an appointment as Managing Director & CEO of AWB Limited and will leave Orica in mid-September.  

Orica has commenced a process to appointment a replacement to Mr Davis’ role and an announcement will be made in due course.  A process is in place to ensure an orderly transition.  Mr Davis leaves with the company’s best wishes.
