The Selection Process

The five main steps of our selection process are:

Step 1 - Online application (27/2 - 11/4)

Once applications are open on February 27th, you can send us your resume and there will be a short application form for you to complete for us to get to know you.

Step 2 - Phone interviews

After completing your application, suitable candidates can expect a short phone interview. This is for us to understand why you want to join Orica and for you to ask us any questions you have on the process.

Step 3 - Future Shaper Labs

The Future Shaper Labs allow you to learn more about Orica and showcase your unique attributes and personalities that will help us shape the future. This will also help us understand how you interact and work in a team environment by tackling a real-life business problem.

Step 4 - Individual Interviews

A great opportunity for you to chat with leaders in the business and for them to get to know you further. Just bring your whole self to this behavioural questions-based interview!

Step 5 - Psychometric Assessments

The process will be wrapped up with short psychometric assessments. This is designed to highlight your ability to solve work-related problems as well as discovering what some of your personality and professional traits are.
