Your Learning Experience
Throughout the two year graduate program, we offer a variety of learning modes. From 1:1, to smaller and larger groups to face to face or virtual. At the beginning of each rotation you are set up with your own personalised learning roadmap that outlines the learning you can expect. This professional development program is in addition to the technical learning you receive on rotation.

||1:1 sessions with a qualified executive coach. 30 or 60 minutes telephone based sessions. Each session has pre-work including the toolkit, exercises and reflections and suggested post session challenges.
||Orica is unique in offering one to one executive coaching – normally the reserve of senior leaders – to its graduates. These sessions are deeply personal and focus on the agendas critical to you, allowing you to explore issues at a much deeper and more meaningful level.
||Smaller graduate groups meet remotely with a professional coach. Each session will involve pre-work to introduce the key ideas so that the session itself is all about practicing tools, getting feedback and applying them to your current challenges.
||You build a deep relationship with a small group of peers. The group is small enough to get feedback and challenge one another. A chance to explore real issues with a professional coach and peers.
||Larger graduate groups attend remote workshops to explore a particular topic. There will be pre-work and the session will be interactive with opportunities to practice and explore the tools with peers.
||A great way to explore new ideas and content between face to face get-togethers.
||A highly experiential and dynamic face to face event over 2-3 days. Graduates come together with senior business leaders and a explore a mix of leadership and business related topics.
