Upstream and downstream data flow

User-friendly FMS interface associates the measured PSD data and oversize alerts to the truck identifier, enabling a direct association of fragmentation measurements to each blast. Downstream data integration through Open Protocol Communication (OPC UA) server standard allows real-time streaming of fragmentation data to the site’s Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for alerts and control.

Our unique machine learning capability applied to real-time detection accomplished within seconds and alerts syndicated via Fleet Management System (FMS), email, or SMS for re-routing of trucks. Operators can also predetermine customisable oversize limits, enabling a reduction in crusher blockage/damage frequency due to oversized material.
