RST’s Vibrating Wire Crack Meters are designed to measure movement across surface cracks and joints in a single plane.
Overview
Overview
RST’s Vibrating Wire Crack Meters are easily installed with two threaded anchors (with ball joints) or other mounts, on either side of the crack/joint to monitor deformation over time.
Vibrating Wire Crack Meters are available in two models: either standard surface-mounted or submersible (up to 200 m, an example application would be on the upstream perimeter joint of CFRD dams).
