Enhanced safety
WebGen™ enables pre-charging of blast holes without physical connections, eliminating the need for personnel to work near open stopes or brows at middle and upper levels. This significantly reduces exposure to geotechnical hazards and improves overall site safety.
Improved ore recovery
WebGen™ allows for post-splitting the perimeter of the stope, ensuring full extraction of ore and reducing ore loss. This is achieved by placing wireless primers in perimeter holes that can be remotely initiated after the main blast, enabling precise control over fragmentation and stope shape.
Maximised free bogging
By pre-charging blast holes with WebGen™ primers, multiple rings can be fired in sequence without the need for re-entry. This continuous firing improves drawpoint availability and reduces reliance on tele-remote bogging, enhancing productivity and minimising operational delays.
