Orica Limited (ASX:ORI) today announces the appointment of Ms Catherine Brenner as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, effective 1 September 2026.

Ms Brenner has extensive business experience across multiple industry sectors and has held executive and non-executive roles. Ms Brenner is Chair of Australian Payments Plus (BPAY, eftpos, NPP, ConnectID) and a Non-executive Director of Scentre Group, Carindale Property Trust, Djerriwarrh Investments Limited and The George Institute for Global Health.

Ms Brenner was previously Non-executive Chair of AMP Limited and a Non-executive Director of Boral Limited and Coca-Cola Amatil Limited. She also served as a member of the Takeovers Panel.

Ms Brenner is Chair of Australian Payments Plus (BPAY, eftpos, NPP, ConnectID) and a Non-executive Director of Scentre Group, Carindale Property Trust, Djerriwarrh Investments Limited and The George Institute for Global Health.

Earlier in her executive career, Ms Brenner was a senior investment banker. Ms Brenner was previously non-executive Chair of AMP Limited and a Non‑executive Director of ASX companies including Boral Limited and Coca-Cola Amatil Limited. She has chaired and served on audit, risk and remuneration committees and has a strong focus on governance and people leadership.

She was also a Trustee of the Sydney Opera House Trust, the Art Gallery of NSW and other public and private organisations in the mining, financial services, property, biotech, logistics, visual and performing arts, education and government sectors. Ms Brenner also served as a member of the Takeovers Panel.

Ms Brenner holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (from Macquarie University) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
