The MRSK2002 is a safety-certified seismic switch and strong motion recorder designed for nuclear safety and LNG applications. By combining seismic trip functionality with strong-motion recording capabilities, it enables reliable seismic event detection based on PGA (peak ground acceleration) exceedance, monitoring, and alarm activation within safety-critical environments.
Certified to stringent international safety standards (Class 1 (IEC 61513), Category A (IEC 61226), and SIL 2 or SIL 3 with double or triple redundancy (IEC 61508), the MRSK2002 is best suited for protective shutdown systems.
