Orica Community Investment Program provides opportunities to Gladstone region

Orica Yarwun Community Investment Program is now open with up to $30,000 in grants available to local community groups. The Orica Community Investment Program supports initiatives that seek to promote education and lifelong learning, improve and protect the environment, and build strong communities.

 Orica Yarwun General Manager, Scott Reid, said, “There are plenty of great community initiatives in the region and Orica Yarwun is pleased to offer the opportunity of funding to support these initiatives. The Orica Yarwun Community Investment Program aims to invest in causes, events and programs which reflect our vision and values”.

 Organisations from the Gladstone region are eligible to apply for grants of up to $6,000. Applications for funding will be evaluated by an assessment panel.

Applications for this round of funding will close on 1 September 2017, with successful recipients announced late September.
