Osx™ 5 is a tough packaged emulsion explosive formulated to perform reliably in seismic exploration. Rigid plastic shells are built to withstand rough loading conditions and reduced impact sensitivity ensures the safety of field loading teams.

  • Detonator insertion design minimises wire exposure and risk of damage causing a misfire
  • Can be used with one or two detonators, securely held with our DetLok™ system
  • Marsh anchor accessories available
  • Extremely water resistant, will shoot reliably after 90 days at a depth of 40 m
  • Less fume risk with Nitroglycerin-free formulation
