Orica Limited (ASX:ORI) today announces the appointment of Mr Mark G. Johnson as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, effective 1 July 2026. 

Mr Johnson is a highly experienced company director and executive with extensive expertise in finance, audit, risk management, strategy development and execution, and human resource management. He has experience across various sectors, including engineering and construction, resources, industrial products, property, technology, retail and consumer goods as well as financial and professional services.
