Orica (ASX: ORI) continues to actively manage the impact of an outage at one of its third-party suppliers’ ammonia plants in Western Australia. 

Orica has been able to secure alternative ammonia and ammonium nitrate supply from current inventory and its diversified global manufacturing and supply network. 

Orica’s East Coast ammonia and ammonium nitrate plants have resumed operations, following the restart of the Kooragang Island ammonia plant in New South Wales on 1 April 2026.  

Orica remains committed to mitigating the impacts to its customers until the third-party supplier’s ammonia plant in Western Australia resumes operations, with the latest estimate being mid-May 2026.
