Resignation Of Director

Orica Limited (ASX:ORI) advises that Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO has resigned as Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from close of business today.
Dr Guthrie joined the Board in February 2023. During her appointment, Dr Guthrie has provided the Board with valuable insights from her broad and strategic experience across the resource sector, in particular regarding mining safety.
The Board would like to thank Dr Guthrie for her contribution to the Company and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
