FRAGTrack™ Shovel is a state-of-the-art fragmentation measurement tool that uses advanced machine vision technologies to enable automated post-blast measurement and analysis.

It delivers online fragmentation data, benchmarks and insights needed to ensure sustainable and cost-effective improvements in blast performance at your operations.

The system can be configured to an operating face-shovel for continual assessment of particle size at the dig face of a muck pile, allowing the determination of both volume and mass of material.

Users will be trained and supported throughout the FRAGTrack™ installation and operation process. Once installed and connected to a network, FRAGTrack™ performance can be maintained, optimised and updated without requiring the team to perform onsite hardware calibration.

Autonomous and unbiased sampling
The smart triggering system captures only valid samples are collected and processed, eliminating sampling bias and increasing sample frequency. The latest AI based object detection and autonomous triggering identifies and rejects foreign objects to ensure high quality particle size distribution measurements of the muckpile.
