Combining detailed simulation, a powerful optimiser, and utilising both physics and neural network models, the Integrated Extraction Simulator (IES) is a flowsheet simulator that spans blast to concentrate while incorporating physical process constraints along the value chain, enabling end-to-end optimisation to improve productivity, reduce overall cost, and achieve reductions in emissions intensities.
Determine blast designs for optimum value (e.g. throughput) with IES, and then refine blasting energy allocation with drill-based sensor data automatically converted into blasting domains and tailored blast loading designs followed by on bench delivery in an interconnected workflow from drilling to blast loading and firing.
