Hope Terampil Digital Program Update: January–April 2026
Building on a strong foundation, the HOPE iLearn Centre’s Terampil Digital Program, supported by the Orica Impact Fund, continues to expand digital literacy and improve youth employability across Indonesia. In 2026, the program has maintained this momentum, reaching more young people and strengthening its impact despite seasonal and scheduling challenges.
Expanding access and participation
Between January and April 2026, the program engaged 384 participants, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusive access.
New school partnerships have further extended the program’s reach, helping more students, particularly those facing barriers to education, access digital skills training and better prepare for future opportunities.
Navigating challenges
Program delivery during this period coincided with national holidays and school exams, which affected attendance and delayed some activities. These learnings will support improved planning and delivery moving forward.
Positive progress across regions
Across all locations, the program continues to see strong engagement. Students are showing increasing confidence and initiative, with many actively applying their skills beyond the classroom.
Learning spaces are evolving into active hubs for collaboration, creativity and continuous development, supported by positive feedback from students and educators alike.
Building future-ready capabilities
Alongside technical training, the program continues to focus on developing essential soft skills, including communication, confidence and professionalism, to better prepare participants for future careers.
Sustained impact and next steps
Despite early challenges, the program continues to demonstrate strong relevance and growing impact. Ongoing expansion and consistent engagement are extending its reach and strengthening outcomes.
By improving access to digital skills, the program is helping young people build the confidence and capabilities needed for future education and employment.
As 2026 progresses, the focus remains on expanding access and deepening impact, empowering Indonesia’s next generation with the skills to succeed.
With support from the Orica Impact Fund, we are helping build future-ready communities - one digital skill at a time.
