 Vik Bansal

 Chair and Independent Non-executive Director

B.Sc (Eng) (Hons), PG Dip Eng, MBA, AMP, LLM

Vik was appointed Chairman of Orica on 16 December 2025, following his appointment as Non-executive Director and Chair Elect on 15 August 2025. He is currently CEO and Managing Director of Boral Limited (since 2022), and Director of Brambles Limited (since 2025), Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (since 2025), and Director and Chair of LGI Limited (since 2021).  He previously served as Director of the National Waste and Recycling Industry Council and the Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia. He has also held senior leadership positions at InfraBuild, Cleanaway (2015 - 2021), and at NYSE-listed Valmont Industries (2010 – 2014).

 Sanjeev Gandhi

 Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Sanjeev was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in April 2021, after previously holding the role of Group Executive and President, Australia Pacific and Asia. He is a former Executive Director of publicly listed German chemical company, BASF SE. During his 26-year career with BASF, Sanjeev held several senior marketing, commercial and business leadership roles including Head of Asia Pacific and Head of Global Chemicals Segment (Intermediates and Petrochemicals).

John Beevers

Independent Non-executive Director

John was appointed Non-executive Director of Orica Limited in February 2020. He is Chair of the Safety & Sustainability Committee and member of the Innovation & Technology Committee, and the Nominations Committee. He is a Non-executive Director of Syrah Resources Limited (since 2020) and Lynas Rare Earths Limited (since 2023). John was formerly Managing Director and CEO of GroundProbe and held senior executive roles at Orica, including Global Technology Manager, Group General Manager of Chemical Services and CEO of Orica Mining Services.

 Mark Garrett

Mark was appointed Non-executive Director of Orica in January 2023. He is a member of the Innovation & Technology Committee, the Board Audit & Risk Committee, and the Nominations Committee. He was a former Member of the Board of UMICORE NV/SA (2015 - 2025), former CEO of Borealis AG and Marquard & Bahls AG, and former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OMV AG (to May 2023).

 Denise Gibson

 Independent Non-executive Director

Denise was appointed Non-executive Director of Orica in January 2018. She is Chair of the Innovation & Technology Committee and a member of the People & Remuneration Committee, and the Nominations Committee. Denise is co-founder and Chair of Ice Mobility and a previous Director of the Consumer Technology Association and its Foundation. She is the founder and former CEO of Brightstar and has previously served as a Director of Aerial Technologies Inc, previously NASDAQ-listed ORBCOMM and NASDAQ-listed VOXX International (to 2025). In 2024 she was inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame.

 Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO

Vanessa was appointed Non-executive Director of Orica in February 2023. She is Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee and the Nominations Committee. Vanessa is Chair (since January 2026) and a Non-executive Director (since 2025) of IGO Limited, a Non-executive Director of Santos Limited (since 2017), Lynas Rare Earths Limited (since 2020) and Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (since February 2026). She is also Deputy Chair of Cricket Australia and Chancellor of Curtin University. Vanessa is a former Director of Tronox Holdings PLC and North American Construction Group Ltd (TSE-listed and NYSE-listed).

Gordon was appointed Non-executive Director of Orica on 1 April 2022. He is a member of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, the Safety and Sustainability Committee and the Nominations Committee. Gordon was appointed to the CSL Limited Board in December 2025 and was appointed as CEO and Managing Director of CSL Limited in February 2026.  He is also Chair-elect of Seqirus (appointed August 2025).  He was formerly President of Seqirus, part of the CSL Group, and held senior executive roles at CSL, including Chief Financial Officer.

Sanjeev is a former Executive Director of publicly listed German Chemical company BASF SE. During his 26-year career with BASF, Sanjeev held several senior marketing, commercial and business leadership roles including Head of Asia Pacific and Head of Global Chemicals Segment (Intermediates and Petrochemicals).

Sanjeev is the Chair of the Centre for Australia-India Relations (CAIR) CEO Network, a Member of the Australia India CEO Forum and joint working group for Energy, Resources, Net Zero and Critical Minerals, a Member of the CSIRO Energy Advisory Group (CEAG) and a Member of the Asialink Business Advisory Council.

  Leah Barlow

  President - SHES, Discrete Manufacturing and Supply 

Leah was appointed President - SHES, Discrete Manufacturing and Supply in July 2022. Previously, she held the role of Senior Vice President Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain since April 2021. She has more than 19 years of operational experience with Orica, most recently as Vice President for Initiating Systems and Packaged Emulsion Global Manufacturing. Leah has also held a range of senior management roles in both Discrete and Continuous manufacturing in Australia and Canada, with accountabilities across more than 20 countries globally.  

James Bonnor

BCom (Economics/Marketing)

President - Europe, Middle East and Africa

James was appointed President, Europe Middle East and Africa in June 2021. Prior to this he held the role of Group Executive and President, North America. He has more than 30 years of commercial and operational experience with Orica including Mining Services, Chemicals and Agricultural Chemicals. James has held a range of general management, sales, marketing and customer relationship roles across all international market segments. 

 John Cooper

John was appointed President - North America in June 2024. John was most recently Vice President of Australia Pacific and held other senior roles across strategy, marketing and technology since joining Orica in 2019. John has over 15 years of experience across the mining, digital and industrial goods and services sectors, having held senior global leadership roles and leadership roles across Africa, Asia, Australia Pacific and North America.

 James Crough

 Chief Financial Officer

James was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2024 and has responsibility for the group-wide finance function, investor relations, taxation and treasury portfolios. James joined Orica in 2019 as Vice President of Finance, Australia Pacific and Asia. Subsequently, he was the Interim Group Executive and President - Australia Pacific and Asia and was appointed as Group Executive and President - North America in October 2021. Before joining Orica, James held senior financial and executive roles with Incitec Pivot Ltd, including Chief Financial Officer and Interim President of Incitec Pivot Fertilisers. James has over 20 years of experience in executive finance roles across Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States.

 Jennifer Haviland

 President - Corporate Services

Jennifer was appointed President - Corporate Services in January 2025 with responsibility for human resources, organisational effectiveness, global business services, risk and assurance, legal, corporate communications and brand, company secretariat and information technology (IT). Prior to this, Jennifer held the role of Chief People and Corporate Services Officer, appointed in October 2022. Jennifer previously held the roles of Chief People Officer and VP Risk & Assurance, as well as a number of senior finance roles in Group Finance and Manufacturing and Supply. Before joining Orica in 2014, Jennifer spent over 13 years with EY working in Melbourne and London.

 Rajkumar Mathiravedu

 President - Asia

Raj was appointed President - Asia in February 2025. Raj joined Orica in May 2017 and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Orica Digital Solutions.  Prior to joining Orica, Raj spent 15 years at Schlumberger (now slb) where he held a number of senior roles responsible for research & development, engineering, manufacturing, operations and sales across the globe. Raj is the Chair of Global Amira, Non-Executive Director of Grief Australia, and a member of Future Minerals Forum Centers of Excellence Working Group.

 Angus Melbourne

 BEng (Mechanical, Hons), BSc (Applied Mathematics)

 President - Digital Solutions and Chief Technology Officer

Angus was appointed as President- Orica Digital Solutions and Chief Technology Officer in January 2025, responsible for Orica Digital Solutions, strategic marketing, research and development (R&D) and technology commercialisation. Previously he held the role of Chief Technology Officer role since May 2021. Prior to this Angus served as Chief Commercial Officer from October 2016.  Angus joined Orica in January 2016 as President - Australia Pacific and Asia following a 25-year career at Schlumberger where he held a number of senior executive roles responsible for research & development, engineering, manufacturing, operations and sales.  Angus’ experience at Schlumberger included responsibility for explosives and perforating products research, development and manufacturing.

 Germán Morales

 President - Australia Pacific and Sustainability

Germán was appointed President - Australia Pacific in April 2021, with his role expanding to include group sustainability, corporate affairs and property as President - Australia Pacific and Sustainability in June 2024. Previously he held the role of Group Executive and President - Latin America, and before joining Orica, spent 18 years at commercial explosives manufacturer and distributor Maxam. At Maxam, Germán held business leadership roles in Europe and Africa, the Americas and Australasia, served as a Board member for several Maxam companies around the world, and most recently was the Senior Executive Director and General Manager Civil Explosives.

 Victor Morales

  President - Latin America

Victor was appointed President – Latin America in February 2025. Prior to this, he held the role of Vice President Marketing in Europe, Middle East and Africa and most recently, Vice President Europe, Middle East, Africa and Central Asia Mining. Victor has over 20 years’ experience leading global companies spanning the mining, chemical and energy industries across EMEA, Latin America and Asia. Prior to joining Orica, Victor held various senior leadership roles at Maxam and Endesa leading companies and global teams. 

 Andrew Stewart

 BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering, MBA 

 President - Specialty Mining Chemicals 

Andrew was appointed President - Specialty Mining Chemicals in June 2024. Andrew is responsible for the growth of our specialty mining chemicals business and the integration of Cyanco. Andrew was previously Orica's Chief Development and Sustainability Officer. Andrew has over 20 years of international experience in the energy, chemicals and infrastructure sectors, having held several Group Executive roles at Wood PLC and operational accountability for business performance in Asia, Australia Pacific, Latin America and North America.

 Krista Stewart

 BA Arts/LLB Hons, GAICD, FGIA

Krista was appointed Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Orica in January 2025, with responsibility for our legal, ethics and compliance and corporate secretariat teams. Krista has more than 20 years of international legal experience, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, financial, commercial and regulatory matters. Krista previously held the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary for ASX-listed QANTM Group, and senior leadership roles in Australia and Asia with Orica and Allens Arthur Robinson. 

 Ellen Thomas

 BEng (Industrial Chemistry, Hons), MCom (International Business) 

 Senior Vice President - Development 

Ellen was appointed Senior Vice President – Development in September 2024. Ellen is responsible for leading our mergers, acquisitions and strategy teams, after previously holding the role of Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions at Orica since 2022. Ellen has over 20 years of experience in senior investment banking, corporate advisory and technical roles in the industrials sector in Asia and Australia, including Macquarie Capital and BlueScope Steel.
